The green dress is great. I've seen it in the stores, so I came online to order it in a petite. They've now shipped me the wrong dress twice (the Merona Collection Pleated Floral dress) and show no signs of being able to ship me the correct one. Now I have to return the dress and settle for a regular length that I'll buy in a store to keep from dealing with the shipping of the wrong item again.

I don't know what's going on, but since two other people had the same experience, I'd have to say that they have the wrong picture up. The codes for this must be those for the pink watercolor print dress.

Since It's not possible to get this in a petite, because if you order it online they'll send you the pink dress, I just bought the regular version. I'll hem it. With something this cute, I didn't want to take my chances on this dress selling out. I was afraid that they don't have this dress in petites and that also might be why they are sending the pink one.

I wonder if they ever read these things. If this happens to you, let customer service know. I am. Maybe someday somebody will get the right dress.

Ditto on Carrie B's review. Exact same thing happened to me and now I have 2 of the same wrong dresses. I called the customer service line and while the rep was very kind and professional, Target's structure for resolving this totally misses the target-pun intended. I asked if someone could follow up with me to let me know when the item number either online or at the fulfillment center was corrected so I could definitively get the right dress. I was told that it wasn't possible because once the ticket is submitted, it goes electronically to the web department. Great! Sounds efficient, right? Well, not quite, because it doesn't sound like he could write notes or personally reach out to someone in said web department to follow up. Doesn't a human have to receive the ticket? Doesn't a human have to visually verify this info? So in other words, someone could follow up with me. I work for a retailer that also has an online presence and know for a fact that if the company culture allows, there can be that human on the other side to follow up, no matter how automated a fulfillment center may be.
